Sales & Marketing Coordinator

This is a full-time on-site role as a Sales And Marketing Coordinator at Junvon Medical Laboratory & Diagnostic Services in Ogbaku. The role involves day-to-day tasks related to sales and marketing activities within the dental industry.

In This Role You Will

  • Drive Customer Acquisition: Develop and execute targeted campaigns to attract and onboard new customers across various industries.
  • Enhance Brand Awareness: Implement strategic marketing initiatives, establish partnerships, and organize events to increase Junvon Lab’s brand visibility within the Nigerian market.
  • Formulate Growth Strategies: Identify and execute growth opportunities that harmonize with organizational objectives and market trends.
  • Implement Digital Marketing Strategies: Utilize digital channels such as search engine optimization (SEO), pay-per-click (PPC), and social media platforms to engage and convert potential customers.
  • Monitor Performance: Regularly track and analyze the performance of marketing and growth initiatives to identify successes and areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with Sales Teams: Foster close collaboration with the sales team to ensure alignment of marketing efforts with revenue objectives.
  • Develop and manage region-specific content. Curate and oversee content tailored to the Nigerian market, encompassing blog posts, white papers, and case studies.
  • Foster Partnerships: Identify and establish partnerships with local organisations, industry bodies, and influencers to expand Junvon Lab’s reach.
  • Customer Retention: Implement strategies to boost customer loyalty and reduce churn through targeted campaigns and engagement efforts.

You’ll Be Responsible For

  • Increasing the number of active customers in Nigeria within the first 6-12 months.
  • Executing high-impact marketing campaigns that deliver measurable ROI.
  • Building and maintaining a strong local presence for Junvon Lab through events, partnerships, and public relations.
  • Providing actionable insights from marketing data to refine strategies and achieve growth targets

Skills And Qualifications

  • A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in growth marketing, preferably in Healthcare industry.
  • Proven track record of driving measurable growth through data-driven marketing strategies.
  • Strong understanding of the Nigerian market, including digital and traditional marketing landscapes.
  • Experience with marketing tools such as Google Analytics, HubSpot, and social media platforms.
  • Exceptional analytical skills to interpret performance data and identify trends.
  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills to craft compelling messages for diverse audiences.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
