The Customer Service Representative (CSR) is responsible for providing excellent customer support by responding to inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring a positive customer experience. The role requires strong communication skills, professionalism, and the ability to handle customer interactions efficiently while maintaining company standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet customers and respond to inquiries via phone, email, WhatsApp, or in person.
  • Provide accurate information about company services, products, and procedures.
  • Handle customer complaints and escalate issues when necessary.
  • Maintain proper documentation of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Schedule appointments and manage customer records where applicable.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and maintain a professional company image.
  • Follow company policies, procedures, and service standards.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues promptly.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of OND / HND / Bachelor’s degree in any relevant field.
  • 1–3 years experience in customer service, front desk, or call center roles (fresh graduates may be considered).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle difficult customers professionally.
  • Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, CRM systems).
