At Junvon Medical Laboratory & Diagnostic Services, we believe that access to quality diagnostic services should be simple, transparent, and stress-free. Our billing process is designed to be clear and efficient, with multiple payment options to meet the needs of our patients, corporate clients, and partners.
Junvon Lab offers flexible and convenient payment methods, including:

Bank transfers
Debit cards (POS)
Mobile and electronic payments
Approved corporate billing arrangements
Payments are generally required at the time of sample collection unless prior authorization or corporate agreements are in place.
Junvon Lab works with selected Health Maintenance Organizations (HMOs) and insurance providers across Nigeria to support insured patients.
For patients using insurance or HMO services:
A valid HMO ID card and authorization code are required
Test coverage depends on your insurance plan and benefit limits
Some specialized tests may require co-payment or full payment if not covered
Approval timelines may vary depending on the HMO
Our front desk and billing team will assist with verification and guide you throughout the process.

Patients without insurance coverage are welcome to use our self-pay option.
All test costs will be clearly explained before sample collection, ensuring full transparency and no hidden charges.
Bills are issued at the time of service or after testing is completed. You may receive your bill as a printed invoice, email invoice, or SMS notification, depending on the service location.
Payment is usually required before sample collection. However, for corporate clients, HMOs, or approved partners, payment may be made after services are rendered according to agreed terms.
Yes. We work with selected HMOs in Nigeria. Coverage depends on your specific HMO plan and authorization approval. Patients are responsible for any services not covered by their HMO.
If a test or scan is not covered, you may pay out-of-pocket for the test, or contact your HMO for clarification or special approval. We will inform you of any additional costs before proceeding.
We accept cash payments, bank transfers, debit cards (POS), online payments (where available). Payment details are provided on your invoice or at the reception desk.
Yes. A receipt is issued immediately after payment or sent electronically for bank transfers and online payments.
Please contact our billing desk with your full name or patient medical record number, date of service, Scan/Test(s) performed, invoice number (if available). We will review and resolve the issue promptly.
Payments are non-refundable once services have been rendered, except in cases of service cancellation by the center.
Yes. A family member, employer, or organization may pay on your behalf.
